The BOD is comprised of a maximum of 15 members, including 4 officers. Members serve 3 year terms. Elections take place at our Annual Meeting. The BOD meets 6-12 times per year, typically on the 2nd Monday of every month. See our Bylaws for more details on what is required of our board members.
